Canada is known as a developed country. Perhaps as a result of the positive sides that come with being a resident in Canada or being a Canadian citizen.
Residing in Canada, there are a number of opportunities that come with being able to migrate to Canada from your current country of residence. Especially if you are migrating to Canada from a developing country.
When it comes to migrating from one country to another, not every country is migrant-friendly. Canada, on the other hand, might be. However, as fascinating as it sounds, being able to migrate to Canada is possible if you know the right paths to follow.
Just as a reminder, Canada is ranked as the #1 country in the world with the best quality of life. So, in this post, we will share some easy ways to migrate to Canada.
This post is especially for people who are looking for ways to immigrate to Canada. Over time, we have talked about some ways to migrate to Canada temporarily and permanently , but we have decided to give few other options available.
Let’s get started. Shall we?
1. Study Permit
Canada has one of the best universities in the world. So, if you are looking for the best school to study, you should consider Canada as it offers quality education.
Migrating to Canada with study permit is one of the easy ways to migrate to Canada. You just need to know the right steps to take.
With the visa or study permit, you can study in the country and also get a chance to live and work in Canada while studying.
If during the course of studies you get a long-term job, you can still apply for the permanent residence visa for tourism.

2. Spousal sponsorship
Before that, we wrote about how to immigrate to Canada through marriage . Migrating to Canada through marital sponsorship is basically about being married to someone with Canadian citizenship.
Over the years, people have had to abuse this method, so there are some guidelines to better control any fraudulent activity related to this method.
For one, Canadian immigration will look closely at you and your spouse for a period of 2 years before signing the papers to authenticate your marriage. This is done to prevent people from faking marriage just to gain entry into Canada.
3. Visitor Visa
The Visitor Visa is another way to migrate to Canada. However, as the name implies, this is about entering Canada using a Visitor VISA as a visitor.
With this type of VISA, there is not much to do other than sightseeing. You cannot find a job with this type of visa nor are you allowed to work. However, with the visitor visa, you are allowed to network and meet people in the country.
If you are looking to network and meet people, maybe find a spouse, we have some content that might be useful for you.
4. Investor VISA
Canada and other major countries are generally open to investment. Not just any kind of investment, but good investments that can help the country and its citizens, not just the company or individual coming to invest.
If you have money and plan to invest in Canada, this type of visa is recommended. With this, you can enter Canada and invest giving you more privileges over the Visitor Visa.
5. International Experience Canada (IEC)
Being able to migrate to Canada through International Experience Canada (IEC) is about the opportunity for young people to travel and work in Canada.
Young people aged between 18 and 35 can work in the country during holidays, but with an open work permit.
Of course, this category is not open to everyone. However, it may be for you if:
You don’t already have a job offer
You would like to earn money to travel
You want to work for more than one employer in Canada and/or
You want to work in more than one location
There are a few participating countries and this includes Denmark, Japan, Rica, Australia, Norway, Taiwan, Austria, France, Germany, Slovenia, Hong Kong, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, Czech, among others.
For some of these countries, eligibility expires at age 29 or 30.
With experience accumulated during working holidays, you can apply for Permanent Residence through the CEC. The CEC is a federal skilled worker programme.
6. Working Holiday Visa Canada
This is somewhat similar to the Canada international experience process explained above.
The CIC, also known as Citizenship and Immigration Canada, offers young people from around the world the opportunity to work in Canada for up to two years. Qualified candidates can work in any Canadian province and for any Canadian employer.
What is even more interesting with Holiday Visa Canada in operation is the fact that the program does not require a job offer to qualify. However, it does require foreign workers, students and other individuals from certain countries to meet the requirements.
This type of work permit, however, will not allow you to work in certain areas, such as healthcare or with children. Reason being, the medical examination is not mandatory. There is also a $150 CAD government processing fee.
7. Super VISA Canada
The last but not least way to immigrate to Canada is through the Super VISA. This type of visa is especially for parents and grandparents.
There are requirements for which you can apply for this application process. For one, you must be a parent or grandparent of Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Canada. You also need to have a signed letter from your child or grandchild inviting you to Canada.

There you have it. These are some of the ways you can migrate to Canada. By following these and more, your mission to immigrate to Canada can be achieved.
